Shipping policy

Shipping Area:
We currently ship within the United States only.

 

Processing Time:
Every item is made to order and produced after you purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for production before your order ships.

 

Shipping Rates:
Standard shipping: 5.99 USD flat rate.
Express shipping: 13.99 USD flat rate (a phone number is required).
Free standard shipping on orders over 75 USD.

 

Delivery Time:
After your order ships, standard delivery usually takes 4-12 business days. Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 weeks of being placed, though delivery can occasionally take longer.

 

Express shipping speeds up transit only. It does not shorten production, so every order still takes up to 5 business days to be made before it ships.

 

Orders With Multiple Items:
Hats and apparel are produced separately and may arrive in more than one shipment, sometimes on different days. There is no extra charge to you when this happens.

 

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If your order ships in more than one package, you'll receive tracking for each one.
